Price-, Delivery- and Payment terms on Traders are fixed in a separatly offer. Every kind of special arrangement, (Traders & Endcustomers ) this can concern the price, the delivery or the payment terms, need a written clarification. All delivered goods remain the property of the „Chinadirect“ company up till full payment has been made. All rights of use of all pictures remain that of „Chinadirect“. Misuse will be pursed in a court of Law. Place of jurisdiction is Graz, Austria. |
